01 · What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), serve the same purposes: making the site work, remembering preferences or, in other cases, analysing and profiling browsing. On this page we call them all “cookies”.
02 · Our choice
UTMTrackly does not use profiling, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. We use only technical cookies, needed to run the service, which by law do not require consent. The banner exists to record your preferences transparently and is the same one used on Playground’s site.
The short link analytics we offer customers work without cookies: see the Privacy policy.
03 · Public site (utmtrackly.com)
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
pgc_consent_v1 | Technical · local storage | Remembers your cookie choices, so the banner does not reappear on every visit | 12 months |
__cf_bm, cf_clearance | Technical · Cloudflare | Protect the site from bots and attacks; set only when needed | 30 minutes |
The free UTM link builder saves nothing on your device and sends links to no server.
04 · Platform (app.utmtrackly.com)
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
__Host-utk_session | Technical · cookie | Keeps you securely signed in to your account | Up to 30 days, renewed with use; deleted when you sign out |
utk-lang | Preference · local storage | Remembers the language you chose | Until you change it or clear the site’s data |
utk-theme | Preference · local storage | Remembers the light or dark theme | Until you change it or clear the site’s data |
utk-org, utk-ws:… | Preference · local storage | Reopens the last organization and workspace you used | Until you clear the site’s data |
utk-after-login | Technical · session storage | Takes you back to the page you started from after signing in | Until the tab is closed |
05 · Short links and QR codes
When you open a short link (for example get.utmtrackly.com/…) or scan a dynamic QR code, no cookie or other data is saved on your device: you are redirected straight to the destination.
06 · Third-party cookies
The only third-party cookies are Cloudflare’s technical ones listed above, as Cloudflare protects and delivers the site. We do not embed social network content, videos or maps from other services, and we do not use advertising pixels.
07 · How to manage your preferences
You can review your choices at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. If you block the platform’s technical cookies you will not be able to sign in to your account.
08 · Updates
If we add or change cookies we update this page and, where needed, ask for your consent again. The date at the top shows the version in force.
